I meet you at your home, you give me a tour and we discuss pricing and strategy. You sign an exclusive listing agreement.
I will make recommendations for updates & ways to freshen up your home for maximum appeal. We will discuss repairs, decluttering, staging etc. Once the house is in “listing shape”, professional photos or videos and drone shots will be taken to capture your property in the best light.
I set a date to list your house. The property details and photos will be added to the MLS (multiple listing service). The ‘For Sale’ signs are staked in front of your home.
I will implement a marketing campaign for your home. This may include a combination of Graphics to post thru Social Media, Email Marketing, Video, Printed Fliers, Mailers and Networking with other Agents.
I will present you, any and all offers received and help you negotiate the best price and the terms to accept an offer.
The buyer performs Inspections and presents us with a list of repairs. We decide what’s the best outcome and I will negotiate and resolve issues.
Except in a cash purchase, an appraisal will be ordered by the Lender to determine the home’s value and to be sure it’s in line with the purchase price.
Buyers and Sellers sign closing documents. Seller receives proceeds from the sale. The deed is recorded with the state and your home is SOLD!!
