This includes discussing repairs, decluttering, organizing, paint refresh, staging, curb appeal, and more. Once your home is in “listing shape,” we’ll arrange professional photos, videos, and drone shots to capture your property in the best light.

We’ll set a date to list your home. The property details and photos will be added to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and ‘For Sale’ signs will be placed in front of your home.

Marketing, Conduct showings and host Open Houses

We’ll implement a comprehensive marketing campaign for your home, which may include social media graphics, email marketing, videos, printed fliers, mailers, and networking with other agents. We’ll also coordinate showings and host open houses to attract buyers.

Collect Offers, Review and Accept an Offer

We’ll present all offers received and help you negotiate the best price and terms before accepting an offer.

Inspections & Repairs

The buyer will conduct inspections and may provide a list of requested repairs or ask to renegotiate the price. We’ll work with you to decide on the best course of action and negotiate to resolve any issues.

Appraisal

For non-cash purchases, the buyer’s lender will order an appraisal to confirm the home’s value aligns with the purchase price.
